I recently had a wonderful experience at an upscale resort. the location was perfect, close to everything there is to do in the area. It was great to have three restaurants to choose from, and the meals were absolutely delicious. the room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and nice amenities. the staff provided excellent service, making sure all my needs were met. the breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of options. the hotel also had great facilities, including a gym and pool. the views from the hotel were stunning.
That there was a bit of a wait during check-in, but it was worth it for the overall experience.

We loved staying at Manoir Saint-Sauveur. Starbucks with coffee & goodies is 300 meters walk away. Close to some tourist attractions, like Paroisse Saint-Sauveur.

Good service, close to restaurants and shops, very nice pool and patio, quiet and relaxed.
Our room although very clean and comfortable had an ackward design (very long corridor and ceiling with lots of angles. When sitting at the desk, had to be careful not to hurt our head on the ceiling.

Amazing snow and beautiful surroundings, great skiing and good restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. the room had a fantastic fireplace and the bedding was very comfortable.
The hotel had poor sound-proofing: we could hear our neighbors arguing all night and even snoring. the breakfast was overpriced, and the options for non-meat eaters were limited.

atmosphere, appearance,as a manoir old architecture , but a lot of the furniture is imitation, not solid wood, seemed to be clean, quietness, friendly.
April 22. By the number of cars in the parking lot and the number of people in the restaurant, this must be slack time. We were offered an awful room with a sloped ceiling & a window so high you could not even see out. Did not accept that room. Was not happy with next room either. Stayed there before in beautiful room. Not go back! I do not think buffet breakfast should served when occupancy is low. I wonder how fresh the food is and where does it go, or what is done with it? Unhappy with room and unhappy with price.

The staff was extraordinary ..... Our room was comfortable ... Both indoor and outdoor pools were clean, well managed. The life guards/supervisors were great .... The covered outdoor terrace was a nice place near the pool to cool off (with a drink) from the hot sun we experienced during our three day stay.I could go on and on .... sauna, steam bath, bar, etc. were great. For someone who doesn't want to eat at the hotel (prices are very high) you just cross the street and there are many and varied restaurants. I have a problem walking (I use a cane) and the staff seemed to be even more attentive !!!
Very few complaints .... but if one is a nitpicker, we could say that bar service at the pool was very slow on Thursday .... The people soon caught on and went directly to the bar to get a drink (about 25 feet from the pool) More nitpicking ... The toilet paper holder in the room is situated at a distance for basketball players .... !! Even for a nitpicker ... that's all I have to say ...

The facilities were nicely decorated and had a warm atmosphere. There were interesting amenities like a big fireplace and nice Christmas trees around the establishment. , the location was great, it was in close proximity to various attractions. it was a plus that the Wi-Fi was free.
The staff also seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic, so the service wasn't the best. It was frustrating that the hotel didn't offer parking, which made it difficult to find a spot.

All staff bilingual. Busboy was especially courteous and helpful. Bedding very comfortable, clean and cozy. Compliments to the chef - the restaurant in hotel was awesome.
Elevators a bit dated and no automatic daily newspaper delivery.

loved the energy and nature views, as well as the music from 5-7pm at the outdoor pool, and simply loved the indoor pool, steam sauna and whirlpool , as well as gym and spa facilities .
The service could have been better in the bar / restaurant areas, though the reception staff were simply wonderful, polite, informative . The service staff need more training.

Location, close to shops, restaurants, slopes and highway. Beautifully decorated with gorgeous antique oil paintings laid on the walls of their hallways and virtually anywhere you wander. Clean, great service and great food.
The pool was not heated, water was quite cold to swim.
